I rarely write book reviews anymore because it seems like if your don't like someone's favorite author people hate the review but in this case I really like this author. I've read most of her book and while they are good they follow pretty much the same formula. Two women get together, can't stand each other, one gets injured or is in some type of damage and the other one can't imagine living with out them.All that being said I love the supreme constellations series. I bought the books back in 2012 and have read them numerous times over. The first one sets the scene for the rest of them so I'd say read that first. The second book, rebels quest, is a great story. I like the new characters. The third book, Warrior's Valor, is by far my least favorite. I'm not crazy about the characters or the supernatural/mystical stuff at the end. But the secondary story follows the other books so I'd still recommend it. The last book, Pirate's Fortune, is my favorite. I like the characters, I like the bad guys and I love the story. My only problem is by this time I'm so sick of the main characters from the first book that I don't care about them. By this time they've both had so many near death experiences and feeling sorry for leaving the other person, while you the read know they aren't going to die, that I started skipping over this part of the story.
She later wrote Change Horizons, which is three short stories with has charters from the previous books. I didn't like any of these stories. While actually I read the first two and didn't start the third one because I was so tired of the same plot line, I don't like you but I'm attracted to you.
I've started her new scifi series and while I enjoy it it doesn't come close to this series.
I highly recommend this series and if you like this one I would also highly recommend The Celaeno Series.

Love the series.
I truly enjoyed reading this book. I am looking forward to reading the continuation of the series. It was difficult putting this book down.
Loved it
Loved the space fairing action with women as the leaders and heroines. Quick and exciting read with plenty of adventure, plots, character development, and lesbian sexual activity.
the ongoing saga in the Supreme Constellations hold you in its' spell as did the first three in the series. A continuation of the interplanetary mystery and intrigue, love and romance at its' best. Hope Gun Brooke continues to develop more for the series as the characters continue to evolve and more join the forces devoted to defend.
I loved all the books in this series. Being mostly a syfy fan I gravitate toward this gene. However, any book by Gun Brooke is a winner. I have them on paperback and repurchased them on kindle. My advise is to read them in order. You won't be disappointed.
It is action filled, and loving.
Weiss Kyakh is a pirate and mercenary, but she's undercover for the Supreme Constellation. She is to hook up with Madisyn Pimm a sentient bio-android. The two are thrown together and neither likes the other. But what they find is they have to work together and neither will leave the other behind or allow them to be hurt. When they both realize they have feelings for each other...things become complicated. It is a great journey!
